　　海风吹过胶东半岛的丘陵，带着咸涩的水汽拂过海阳市上山东夼村。在村里，有一位特殊的“董事长”，他没有薪水、没有KPI，但有一整座村庄的信任。28岁的姜利红被他的客户们称为“董事长”，这个饱含亲昵与敬意的称呼，源于他在微信客户群里售卖农产品的经历。

　　但在四年前，刚从城市返乡的他，曾是母亲眼中“最丢脸的人”。“16年寒窗苦读，最终只寒了父母的心”，母亲甚至不让出门，“怕别人看到你，就会笑话我”。姜利红给出了一个形象的比喻：如果把我的人生比作一本书，农村是我的封皮，但书的内容是不允许写农村的。

　　转折始于一连串免费的“兼职”。看到村里留守老人对着黑屏电视发呆，他自学成了电视维修员。“相框里人丁兴旺，擦相框的人却没人陪。”姜利红说，那些沉默的照片让他意识到，作为村里少有的年轻人，他可以为留守老人做些什么。

　　渐渐地，他的服务清单越拉越长：手机维修员、快递员、免费出租车司机、医院陪诊员、电子社保卡办理大使......村民们把手机密码、甚至支付密码都告诉他。这份毫无保留的信任，成了他“情感存折”上的第一笔宝贵存款。

　　“农村需要不怕麻烦的人，我恰好不怕。”姜利红记得，有位独居老人电视坏了三个月才找他，只因“怕添麻烦”；还有位大爷在酷暑里硬扛，只因不懂空调遥控器要换电池。这些小事让他坚定了念头：“小小的付出能解决大麻烦，太划算了。”走在村里，不时有村民往他怀里塞时令水果。“全都是世界上最甜的。”这份甜不仅来自土地，更来自他找到的人生意义。母亲的态度也转变了：“老少爷们都喜欢他，村里苹果也能卖出去了，我全力支持。”

　　在村里，他有块“大逆不道”的试验田，虽没种成100种水果，却引进了新品种苹果，如今已开始结果。他通过网络销售农产品，卖货时他拒绝套路，靠真诚收获了客户的信任，大家在群里互称“总”，从买卖关系变成了朋友。“CEO 赚利益，我赚感情，更难得，更珍贵。”他笑着说。

　　今年7月，姜利红成为入党积极分子。他被推荐那天，出远门的村民特意赶回，下地的农户放下锄头赶来，会议室挤得站不下。那一刻，他真切体会到什么是“高光时刻”。

　　有人说他像电视剧《去有风的地方》里的谢之遥，同是从城市学成归来投身乡村经济建设的“人设”，但他觉得自己更像“碎事管理员”。“没有 KPI，没有头衔，但我知道自己有用。”有朋友坐16小时绿皮火车来找他，他带着朋友在村里逛逛，“真的好了很多”。他笑称在村里开了“心理医院”，“农村真的是非常治愈人的”。

　　如今，他最大的心愿是修好村里通往外界的那条路。“这是我们村人辛苦种的水果要走出去的路，也是很多人回家的路。”这条路，恰似他回村这几年的心路——坎坷硌脚，却通向希望。

　　暮色渐浓，又有村民在喊“小红”。他应了一声，朝着呼唤的方向跑去。姜利红用四年时光证明：成功从不止一种模样，在每一个需要他的角落，把小事做好，把人心焐热，就是乡村振兴最珍贵的“宝藏回报”。

　　The sea breeze sweeps over the hills of the Jiaodong Peninsula, carrying a salty mist over Shangshandongkuang Village, Haiyang City. Here, there's a special "Chairman"—no salary, no KPIs, but entrusted with the trust of an entire village. Twenty-eight-year-old Jiang Lihong is affectionately and respectfully called "Chairman" by his customers, a title that originated from his experience selling agricultural products in WeChat customer groups.

　　But four years ago, when he first returned from the city, his mother saw him as "the biggest embarrassment." "Sixteen years of hard study, only to break your parents' hearts in the end," she would say. She even kept him from going outside, "I'm afraid people would see you and laugh at me." Jiang Lihong offered a vivid analogy: "If my life were a book, the countryside would be the cover, but the content wasn't allowed to be about rural life."

　　The turning point began with a series of free "side jobs." Seeing left-behind elderly villagers staring at blank TV screens, he taught himself to become a TV repairman. "The photo frames are filled with bustling families, but no one is there to keep the frame-cleaners company," Jiang said. Those silent photographs made him realize that, as one of the few young people in the village, he could do something for the elderly left behind.

　　Gradually, his list of services grew longer: phone repairman, courier, free taxi driver, hospital companion, electronic social security card assistant... Villagers entrusted him with their phone passwords—even their payment passwords. This unreserved trust became the first precious deposit in his "emotional bankbook."

　　"The countryside needs people who aren't afraid of trouble, and I happen to be one of them," Jiang said. He recalled an elderly person living alone who waited three months to ask him to fix a broken TV, simply because he "didn't want to be a bother." Another elderly man endured the summer heat, not knowing the air conditioner remote needed new batteries. These small moments solidified his resolve: "A little effort can solve big problems—it's more than worth it." Walking through the village, he often finds seasonal fruits pressed into his arms by grateful neighbors. "The sweetest in the world." he says. That sweetness comes not only from the land but from the meaning he has found in his work. His mother's attitude has also shifted. "Everyone in the village likes him, and our apples are selling now. I fully support him," she says.

　　In the village, he maintains a small, "rebellious" experimental plot. Though he hasn't succeeded in growing 100 types of fruit, he introduced new apple varieties that have begun to bear fruit. Selling agricultural products online, he avoids sales gimmicks, relying instead on sincerity to build trust. In group chats, customers playfully call each other "CEO," transforming transactions into friendships. "CEOs chase profits; I collect connections. Rarer and more precious," he says with a smile.

　　This July, Jiang became an activist seeking Communist Party of China membership. On the day of his recommendation, villagers who had been away made a special trip back, farmers set down their hoes and came straight from the fields, and the meeting room was packed beyond capacity. In that moment, he truly understood what a "highlight moment" means.

　　Some say he resembles Xie Zhiyao from the TV drama "Meet Yourself"—another character who returned from the city to contribute to rural revitalization. But Jiang feels he's more like a "trivialities manager." "No KPIs, no fancy titles, but I know I'm useful," he reflects. A friend once took a 16-hour slow train to visit him. After a tour of the village, the friend remarked, “I feel much better.” Jiang jokes that he's opened a "psychological clinic" in the village. "The countryside is truly healing."

　　Now, his biggest wish is to repair the road connecting the village to the outside world. "This is the road our villagers' hard-grown fruits travel, and the road that leads many people home." This road mirrors his own journey back to the village—bumpy and challenging, yet leading toward hope.

　　As dusk falls, another villager calls out, "Xiao Hong!" He answers and runs toward the voice. Over the past four years, Jiang Lihong has proven one thing: success comes in many forms. In every corner where he is needed, doing small things well and warming hearts is the most precious "treasure" in rural revitalization.
